How long do appointments last?

Treatment times can vary depending on what is required, typically an equine appointment lasts 1 hour - 1 hour 15 minutes, canine appointments 45 minutes - 1 hour.
Do the animals need to be clean?

The animal must be dry and as clean as possible, wet coats / mud can hinder the treatment.
Does my insurance cover veterinary physiotherapy?

Many insurers will cover the cost of treatment, you will need to contact your individual insurer to find out.
What if I can't make an appointment I have booked?

Please let Robyn know if you need to cancel your appointment. If less than 48 hours notice is given half of the appointment cost is to be paid. If less than 24 hours notice is given unfortunately you will be charged at full price.
What can I expect of my animal after treatment?

Dogs are often tired after treatment and may drink more water than usual.
​
Horses may require 1-2 days off from ridden work depending on treatment type.
How can I pay for my appointment?
​
Robyn will accept cash or bank transfer.
Can animals other than horses or dogs be treated?
​
Yes, other animals benefit from physiotherapy, please contact Robyn to discuss further.
